Shipping & Returns
All items are handmade to order. After receiving your order confirmation email, please allow up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive another notification via email once your order has shipped with a tracking number.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds due to the nature of our products.
Our products are handmade to order in small batches for our customers. All sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. Once you receive a shipping notification, your order has been shipped and can not be canceled.
We will replace a product if it arrives damaged from transit. If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our very best to work towards an appropriate solution.
