We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds due to the nature of our products.

Our products are handmade to order in small batches for our customers. All sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. Once you receive a shipping notification, your order has been shipped and can not be canceled.

Exceptions

We will replace a product if it arrives damaged from transit. If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery at info@a2bnaturals.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our very best to work towards an appropriate solution.

Order Processing

All items are handmade to order. After receiving your order confirmation email, please allow up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and shipped.

 

Shipping Rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive another notification via email once your order has shipped with a tracking number.

Store in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight. 

Keep out of reach of children. 

Discontinue use immediately if redness or irritation occurs.

If ingested seek urgent medical attention. 

Avoid contact with the eyes, nose or mouth.

Refill

If you plan on ordering a refill, hold on to your bottle or jar and refill it once your refill product arrives. Rinse and recycle the refill packaging.

Repurpose 

Once you have used up all of your product, repurpose the bottle or jar into something else (i.e. a bathroom soap dispenser or a jar to store your jewelry). 

Dispose 

Remove the label from the glass or bamboo container, the white plastic parts of the lid, and any plastic tubes and throw them in the garbage. Rinse and recycle the glass or bamboo containers and bamboo part of the lid.

Spray directly into palms of clean hands and rub together, making sure to rub in between fingers. Use as needed.
